I never been diagnosed with anything, but think I might have OCD. I have a obsession with people like doctors or therapists, every night when I go to bed I would play a scenario in my head where I'm crazy or sick and it is getting really annying but a get an anxious feeling when I think to stop doing it, as if may world will fall apart. I also have a constand need to check out the windows or behind me as if someone or something is watching me, and check if the doors are locked every five minutes or so. What can I do to minimize or stop these thoughts and doings?
