I thought I had conquered part of my ocd, but it came back tonight and I have spent hours giving in to old habits. I feel bad because I hadn't had the obsessions for a couple of months now. I guess my being depressed brought it all back. I just hate it!!!

I hope I have learned my lesson. My obsession session last night picked up malware on my computer and I had to get it off. LOL. I discovered it when I got back on my computer today to start another obsession session. That curbed me fast.
