Go me...I only pulled once yesterday, and it was only one hair, so i'm seeing progress. In my last T session, I swear we talked about my hair pulling for like 30 mins, since it is such a lengthy procedure....got to find the right one. So I've been keeping track of how much I pull my hair and how much time I'm taking doing it. I seem to do it most when I'm anxious, and yesterday was a high anxiety day for me b/c I had an interview today. But I only pulled once and it took less than 30 secs, so this is a big accomplishment for me.

Have you always pulled your hair out?
My son starting doing it and eyelashes and hairs on arms and legs when he was diagnosed at 5 with Adhd and put on Ritalin, 1 of the reasons I took him off it. But these Issues have never gone even with no medication, Now everyday is a battle to help him not to.
I have heard but never actually spoken to some1 suffering with these issues and maybe you could private message me on some help of when it could more likely to happen or how you feel when you find yourself doing it or something, Drs dont help and seem to dismiss it but sometimes there are chunks gone and he looks so Ill, any words you could say, anything at all and I would be so greatfull
