Do something with it. I have ocd too, and i know it sucks. Its not gonna go away. If u care about looks, workout, and eat healthier to feel better about yourself. If u care about what people think, just say to yourself, they probably think tht im healthy, or happy, or whatever trait youre commonly given, it works! Marks at your university could be a problem probably because of your ocd. When mine is really bad, i study like crazy and do everything i can to get extra credit, and constantly check my grades. If youre doing all tht, then youre fine. Keep it up, it may dim a bit. Perfectionism is a killer. I cant help you anymore than i help myself with tht. Just hide the reminders or ignore them. I painted something for my mom and no matter how many times ive changed it, theres always something wrong, so i just ignore it. I dont look at it or aknowledge it. Idk about the sexual obsessions... but a weak ego should improve as your self esteem does. Do things tht make you feel happy or good about yourself. As long as u have ocd, youre always gonna worry, just try and do things to work with it and not against it.
