Iīve been thinkin about just forcing myself to stop my behaviours.
I mostly get them during the night and I hope to be able to sleep better then.

What will happen if I do?`I know this sounds really stupid, but will the things Im afraid about happen when I donīt do the things, I believe stops them?

How can I be sure? I know it sounds dumb..... but

U won't be able to stop. Believe me. It takes a lot therapy and training to be able to get the thoughts just "slide by". You tell yourself that you could just stop but you really can't. I used to ask that myself. I would see a professional if you aren't already.

And the thought that something bad might happen is the obsession. It's part of the OCD. Not just the rituals or actions. Does that make sense? OCD is a web of mind games. And so hard to battle without professional help

How will you know if you don't try? What are you particularly afraid of happening?
