Hi
I've written several times about this but feel like posting again after talking with my therapist. He thinks it's ocd. I'm inclined to believe him but don't know.
Here's the "issue." My obsession is with my tummy. Anything and everything about my tummy. I think about it constantly...........really.........I think about touching it and getting others to touch it, too. My compulsion is actually rubbing my tummy. When I get stressed or overwhelmed in life, I wanna rub my tummy............or have someone else rub it. In counseling, I try and escape the tough stuff by attempting to rub my tummy. I think about and talk about my tummy constantly and it's taking over! Is this ocd or something else???

OCD... It can manifest in any form.
