my mom dont understand that i cant take things when they are moved and shes been moving things and im having a panic attack and freaking out and idk what to do please someone give me some advise i just want to make myself sleep and i know that ist a good way of dealilng with it

Sucks. I know. I hav an issue with things being moved as well. I end up having a panic attack. Do you hav a t? maybe she will listen if she hears it from a "proffesional"?

yes i have a T and even if my T tells her she wont understand my mom said she dont think im trying in T eather...
