Sometimes it gets better, sometimes it's bad again (my fears to hurt/kill my family, baby/impulses/thoughts). I'll tell about some my success:
- I realize that this all is a ******** -I know I'm a good person but with some problems -I'm not a single person having this problem -I visited doctor he told me I'm not dangerous -sometimes I'm able to control my obsession and even switch to sth else -I try to spend more time with my baby and not avoid things I'm afraid of (knives, laces, kitchen in general etc.) -I'm searching for permanent doctor to visit every week for example -my parents support me; I wan't talk about my fails, cause I had lots of these too.
