so i work part time at ross in the fitting rooms. its a new job, and i dont think i can do it. its very stressful, for one. but mainly, touching the clothes is really freaking me out. especially when people are visibly dirty or leave deodorant marks on the clothing. im almost ramping up into full scale panic attacks and none of my coping mechanisms seem to be working.

Do your employers know about your condition?

I would suggest telling them if you are comfortable doing that, or if you'd prefer that they don't know I'd suggest asking them if there are any other duties that'd be better for you.

i have another job as a clerk at a local community college which i like well enough, it's just part time and i needed the extra hours so i picked up the job at ross. id rather not disclose anything to my boss, but i could try to drop the hint that id like to work elsewhere. thanks for the advice guys.
