So there are some thing that happened to me in the past and now my mind replays these thoughts hundreds of times. I just can't seem to let them go or get them out of my head. I am on an antidepressant (wellbutrin) and anti anxiety med (buspar) but it doesn't help with this.

Any tips on how to forget, or stop these obsessive repetitive thoughts?

Usually my solution whene I have an intrusive thought is doing nothing and try to think that it's only because of OCD that I have them...I'm not obliged to do something. But I don't know if this solution works for everybody.

Medicine has worked wonders for me. I had horrible obsessive thoughts about my wife cheating on me, and it led to me acting on those fears and invading her privacy multiple times. I've been prescribed Seroquel and it has been amazing. It is an anti-psychotic medicine and it was a tough pill to swallow that I needed such strong medicine, but I have felt truly relaxed for the first time in years within a few days of taking the medicine.
