I never knew OCD has a number scale until today. How do you know what the severity of your OCD is and how many numbers are on the scale?

I saw someone on here mention that their severity was a particular number. I'll do some research and if I find it I'll post it

I've add OCD since i was a child and i do know that it's mental torture to we all and how bad i am myself i'm not surprised my hubby as'nt divorced me but instead he says he'd rather live clean than dirty

Here is an OCD Tester for those wanting to find out how bad they are.

OCD Action : Do I Have OCD? - The national UK charity providing support and information to anybody affected by Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
My test in part A = 18/20 and part B = 9

As i do have mental problems otherwise with temporal-lobe epilepsy identical to schizophrenia...so if that's included in OCD god knows

19/20 on A, 19/20 on B

which doesn't shock me, I've had OCD since I was a child as well. Sometimes this reminds you just how maddening it is.

14/20 and 9/20 would have been much worse a few years ago

Sorry for the delayed response, I got a 15/20 on part A and 16/20 on part B. My OCD is a lot better than when I was a kid thankfully.
