Apparently I have OCD but I feel like such a fraud all of the time. All I do is touch stuff. I have intrusive thoughts too, but they only bother me part of the time and it's not all too serious. Everyone else has such a problem and I've been doing this since I was five so I just feel fake, you know? I hate going to therapy because he's trying to solve a problem I don't have and this whole thing is making me feel awful.

I can appreciate that; I feel similarly about something else. The thing is, there's always someone worse off than you, but that doesn't mean you and your problems don't matter.

Yeah, it doesn't help my therapist told me I didn't need to see him anymore. :s
