We had the results of how Jade my 16 year old sister died now.. I am not dealing with it very well.. I need a hug and someone to talk too please?

I know in my head I killed Jade, if I didn't test myself by putting the music on odd number Jade would still be alive.. I have to have everything on even numbers else something bad happens to people I love..

I told my mental health worker and she tried to make me see that by putting something on an odd number is a obsession thought I have and that it would of killed Jade.. But she is wrong.. It makes sense in my mind..

I'm so sorry you lost your sister. It was a tragedy for someone so young. What was the official reason she died? She did not die because you put the music on the wrong channel, it's just what your mind is telling you and your mind is not processing correctly.

I'm honestly sorry. Please reassure yourself that it is not physically possible to kill any person by changing the radio station. You know it's not, listen to that part of you. The people who looked for the cause of death know their stuff, and there is no magic to change how it happened. It is not your fault. I'm sorry, and I'm sure just by her beautiful name that she will be missed. my emoticons are not working. so...*loves* and *hugs*
