Hi everyone,

So I was diagnosed with OCD yesterday.. My worker only deals with people who have personality disorders.. I have BPD too.. So she doesn't know how to help me.. So she is going to speak to my psychiatrist who diagnosed me and her colleagues in the new year about what I can do to help me cope with my OCD..

I didn't see the psychiatrist, my worker spoke to him and discussed my case and he said I defiantly had OCD..

But I just wanted to know, how others cope with their OCD? I was looking through my DBT folder to see if there was any skills to help with my OCD but couldn't find anything cos its all about skills for BPD..

My OCD is a big part of me right now, its taking over my life.. So any suggestions on how to deal with it would be appreciated..

Claire..
