Hi Everyone,
I was just wondering if anyone has done an outpatient program. Can you tell me what it is like and if it helped you or not. I have OCD and it is time a drastic step. Did the program help you

I did an intensive outpatient program about a year ago after I was in inpatient care. For me, I don't think it helped very much. I benefited much more from having personal treatment by someone who specializes in CBT.

The outpatient programs are not designed to give specific support for OCD. They cover a lot of different conditions. There were some things of benefit, but overall, it didn't help me make any real progress with OCD.
