So here in South Africa summer is coming. It's warmer every day. I find myself looking at my legs and realising how much I've been picking at my skin, scratching at any small itchy as if that would make it better. Now I'm really looking for any way to boost the healling process. Anyone have any hints and tips?

If the wounds are open I would make sure to clean them, if they are starting to heal try using vitamin E oil. There is also something called Merderma that is used to help fade the visibility of scars.
