Hi, I'm really new to all of this and recently started seeing a psychologist to deal with my issues, in my last session she mentioned obsessive and compulsive like 4 times in 40 minutes. I guess I don't understand OCD..just looking for some clarification. I understand it's an anxiety disorder but I always thought my problem was depression but now I don't know. Just confused...

CANDC has given you the same links I was going to give you. Maybe they will help you understand your diagnosis better.
