Thanks Bea,

I was just wondering if anyone else here dealt with intrusive thoughts? I had some scary ones that were really bothering me last week but they've pretty much been gone the past few day thankfully.

I have been dealing with intrusive thoughts for 22 years. They sometimes they can be really scary. but over the years I have found that I have to just let them flow though my head and not try to stop them. The more I buy into them the worst they get. But if i Just let them do there thing and keep doing what i am doing what I am doing they lose there power and they stop.

Yes, I have intrusive thoughts. They diminished when I started ignoring them, but I still have some. I'm very happy if yours are gone with your med If you should have some again, trying ignoring them could do the rest

I deal with them all day long. I have had some stretches of time (weeks) where they aren't as bad, but it seems to go in cycles.
