Like killing thoughts. I tend to have very bad thoughts in reaction to something that should make someone mildly upset. I feel really disturbed and afraid for myself.

Should I tell the school counselor about those "killing" thoughts? It doesn't seem like a good idea because it's not like a psychologist from outside of school.

Yes I have those sorts of thoughts a lot from my experience DONT tell the school counsellor it got me sent to the hospital as they never really have a good understanding of OCD. But you could always ask them if they know a lot about ocd and go from there if you want to talk.
