I read online that doubting one's memory and perception is a symptom of OCD. I have that where I doubt my memories. I think that someone hypnotized me to have me think that I had thoughts that didn't happen. I know these memories are false. Why do mental health workers give you false memories?

i wouldnt blame it on mental health workers and i wouldnt isolate false memories to ocd. i question my memories all the time and ocd is one of the few diagnoses i dont have.

Well, I had memories that I know they didn't exist. I know these things didn't happen and I think that the mental health workers put these thoughts in my head. I think that they did this on purpose to cause me distress. I could easily determine that these memories were false because I have memories that contradict the false memories. I feel like these people misunderstand things and they put false memories in my mind for fun. I doubt it is OCD and think it is the mental health workers.

I say this in a sincere manner, but I think you're exhibiting some paranoia.

JM: You're having a lot of paranoia-based delusions/hallucinations.
It is not the mental health workers. It is not OCD.
