So I had an episode of which I always felt my hands were dirty and wanted to wash my hands every 10-15 minutes or so. It lasted a month or so before.
Now, I am back into this episode. Sucks. I really just want to run out of class and wash my hands because my hands feel constantly dirty. It's really terrible. I have been using hand-sanitizer, but it hasn't been working. If I did this, it lasts 5 minutes at the most. That's it. Anyways, I have to wait a month to tell my pdoc this since I just saw her and I didn't have it when I saw her last, so I am wondering about coping strategies that doesn't involve running to the bathroom 24/7?
