New boss starting. I have worked with him for 5 years. He has OCD. Ugh. How do I deal with his OCD. He has zero plans for changing no therapy no drugs. He thinks he is fine. I am trapped because I am the oldest worker. I have tried to leave this job for 7 years - NO LUCK. How do I survive?????😭😁😔😟😟😳😳😳😳👎👎👎👎☔️☔️☔️⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️

Have you tried talking to him about it? Maybe if you try talking with him, it could help him change his mind about seeking therapy or meds?

He is my boss now. He is not the type of person to talk about his difficulties. He is an a**ho*e. He has been one since he started 5 years ago. This part is not part of his OCD. It is just the way he is.

Can I please get help with this? I can't believe there is no one here who could give me some insight as to how to work with people with OCD? Does no one work with this condition? How do you handle your job?
