I have trichotillomania and OCD rituals. I have fears of contamination, I pull out my hair, I tap wood five times, and I constantly look for reassurance. But you know what? I'm not going to let it control me anymore. I'm going to go to school for NURSING. Yes, I'm going to major in something that is one of my biggest triggers. Do you want to know [why]? Because I'm not your slave anymore, OCD. I'm done playing with you.

/END.

Sorry, I just needed to express myself!
Thanks for this!

Love the quote, Nishan! I'm weaning myself off of my rituals and distracting myself! So far so good!
