I'm at an all time low, feeling so angry at myself for not being able to stop my hair pulling. I used to take about 2 hours brushing and spraying my hair in place to cover the numerous bald patches but, that has stopped as I'm now just sticking to wearing hats indoors and outdoors. I hate seeing myself in the mirror and feel like a freak. At one point, I pulled so much hair, my head bled and was sore to touch.
Anyone else struggling? |

I've tried wearing gloves when I go to bed but, I still pull hair out, usually wake to find a pile of pulled hair under my pillow. Even tried the elastic band on both wrists, but it's not helping. Now it's got to me buying several hats for inside and outside, I hate seeing the bald patches and the hats help conceal it.

Been a bad couple of days, my head is so sore. I hate this pulling, it's as if I've lost control of my hands.

I'm very sorry Buttercup40. That sounds painful. Have you gone to a doctor about this?
