It's what I do, I fill in things like that for myself, and I get a bit obessional about it, and I end up feeling guilty if I don't fill it in, such as a mood diary for my bipolar, it got to the stage where the diary itself was putting me in a bad mood because if I went to bed at night, and I'd forgotten to rate my mood that day, I'd feel guilty about it, then I'd feel angry with the diary. But otherwise, it's probably a good idea.

But actually, Nishan, thank you so much for this post, because your template looks a little bit more simplified. When I did it before it was starting from scratch every time. I like that this one sort of has a constant form to it and you could have the same sort of events pre-written within it everyday. Plus - the section where you can say : no (i didn't do this today) - it's nice to see and to have that 'win'.

i think you should take medic(my opinion)because i know a bipolar person who refused to take any medics when things are ok he did't take medics for more than 2 years and he became manic can't even recognize who is he and need to be hospitalized

thanks for the advice, even my GP cannot inform me whether I should take meds or not for my bipolar, only my psychiatrist - and I do whatever she tells me to do, and because I have had an adverse reaction previously for the bipolar meds, sodium valpurate, and a bad reaction to anti-psychotics, their is little options on the medication front she can offer, I also have a bad reaction, am allergic to pain relief, so I guess many would recommend someone who has a headache to take painkillers, and not always, without knowing the person's medical history, is the safest and best way for them, for instance, it could kill me if I did that. So I take the safe option, and listen to what my psychiatrist advices me on, but thanks for the tip anyway.
