Hello. Though this has never happened to me on a bus, but one time I thought I was going to hit my friend randomly. This was my worse obsession and made me cry, because I didn't want to hurt anyone. The thought wouldn't go away for like 10 mins. Nothing like this ever happened on a bus.

Social anxiety disorder, GAD, OCD, and panic attacks

Lexapro, 10 mg

Many music stars claim to have spirits they channel when they perform. They even name them. Beyonce calls her Sasha Fierce. They claim, not me, they claim they know how to call upon that spirit to enter their body when they have to perform. Britney Spears' spirit has a British accent.

When the spirit enters their body, it speaks and acts for them or through them. Now this isn't me claiming this, this is them claiming this. And by all appearances they act totally different when the spirit enters them.

If a spirit can enter your body and cause you to say or do something, what if this is what's happening, except it's happening on a much smaller scale. What if a spirit is near you and telling you to slap the other person? These rich, powerful music stars (Nikki Minaj, Britney Spears and Beyonce) all claim they can call upon a specific spirit to enter their body, what if it's true? If you have/had a spirit near you, they might be telling you to slap that person.

Since you didn't act on it, if what I'm speculating is true, you may just have encountered a spirit that tried to get you to do something. Thankfully you didn't obey.

I do believe these three music stars know how to call upon a spirit to enter their body. But it really begs the question: can spirits influence us without entering our body? Can they talk to us? And perhaps some people can hear them.

I know this is totally "out there." But the alternative is to look at the possibility of schizophrenia I think. Mostly because you had a thought, urge or feeling that doesn't appear to belong to you.

In the midst of the worst OCD episode of my life, filled with severe depression, I had a random thought to stab someone I loved. I immediately started crying and I also had really bad thoughts about myself following that.

That is called an "intrusive thought." It is a classic OCD symptom. It doesn't mean you could or ever would hurt anyone. In fact, the fact that it disturbs you means you never would. Just tell yourself, "Oh, that's just an intrusive thought." And try to let it go. If they get worse or more frequent, tell your doctor.

Intrusive thoughts are a classic OCD symptom, not that of schizophrenia.
