Hello everyone..
Im depression and severe OCD sufferer. My depression got worst 7 years ago. Actually i had anxiety since i was a kid. And then the OCD occur I have no idea what the causes of my mental illness. Some doc told me that i had a genetic that cause my mental ill. I dont think so. I must deal with 2 (two) disorder. One side is my depression. I must encourage myself to be on a good mood. To control my emotion (how tired) On the otherside i MUST Dealing with my OCD (i think this one is difficult) My obsession is on My CAR. Sounds very funny. My car was not a super car or fancy car. It only a 1.000cc citycar Funny right? Very over protected. I wash it everyday. (Not only the cleaning problem) Also checking about the nicks or dents. (For make sure the Car in the top condition) I cannot park my CAR in the messy place or crowded place. I try to find the safest place to park. Worry and Obsessed about dents Worry and Obsessed about oil leak Worry and Obsessed about car paint conditions Worry and obsessed about "hit and run" Worry and Obsessed about scratch on paint Worry and Obsessed about the AIRCONDIOTION work Worry and obsessed about transmission oil (is it needed to be change the fluid already or not? Intrusive thought like this) Worry and obsessed about rattle sound inside the car cabin. And the compulsion of all my Obsessed thought is to checking the Car, Car Paint, Street, Sounds, etc. It shoul be repetitive. That compulsion just to calming myself VERY INTRUSIVE AND DISTURBING Anyone having Ocd like case of me? Is it possible to recover? Any tips or idea? Sent from my LG-D855 using Tapatalk |
