I am diagnosed with OCD. But there is something going on that I am not sure fits into OCD or not. I have a new therapist and I seem to over-analyze everything she says. Maybe she is a good therapist, maybe not. I'm not sure because I feel blinded by constant thoughts of thinking about everything she said in session all week. Could this be OCD? How do I know if she is a good therapist or not?

Analyzing events over and over again sounds like something that could be a compulsion to me.
Thanks for this!
