Sensorimoter OCD has evidently decided that I need to hyper-focus on breathing today. I feel like I can't take a proper breath. I'm aware that my brain is doing this, although it is causing some discomfort with my diaphragam and making me feel quite bloated. Does anyone have any tips for relieving this kind of body-focused OCD?

Maybe distraction might help? I love watching Netflix whenever I just need a break from my brain.
Thanks for this!
