Has anyone on here tried natural supplements for OCD/anxiety relief?

I've tried the following but had side effects

-Prozac
-Rhodiola Rosea
-5-htp
-Bach rescue remedy drops

I thought about taking Exir Saffron?

NAC works wonders for me. I still have obsessive thoughts, but they don't feel as intense. I definitely can tell the difference if I don't take it. I take 3,000 mg a day and the brand that works the best for me is Source Naturals.

Good luck!

I have used Valerian Root off and on over the years, it sometimes helps. I drink Earl Grey tea at night and find some benefit, though it may be in my head, as it has some caffeine in it. Things I have read on but not tried is passion flower, kava, and st. johns wart. My go to crutch over the years has been benedryl or diphenhydramine, but it is not natural and has digestive side effects if used too often.
