I have never forgave myself for having intrusive thoughts. I always held it against me, got frustrated with myself, asking myself "why?", or "am I the next psycho to be on the news". But never have I ever thought that it's not my fault. Pretty interesting how I never thought of something so simple.

Sometimes it is hard to see what is right in front of us. It's time to forgive.

Glad you finally realized that they are just junk thoughts and you should forgive yourself

Thanks for the support. It's weird how illogical one can get when in that state of mind.

Pleased you realize those are just thoughts. I get intrusive thoughts too but not sure whether its because of my OCD or my PTSD ie reliving my traumatic experiences. Its especially rough trying to get to sleep when I'm in bed for the night.
