Or is obsessing how your body looks, weight, more BDD? I do have OCD but not sure about BDD. I wonder if OCD can be confused for BDD or BDD can be confused for OCD?

I can't find any tests on here for BDD, but I do have pretty bad OCD. I do feel like I have to check things a lot and a lot of stuff isn't even related to my body but some of it is. I have to check my skin certain amount of time, etc. (wash my hair and body twice sometimes),etc.

I know I also have dermatillomania, it's a pain because I could be using that hour to be doing other things.

Hello Sun: I'm afraid I would not be able to answer your question. I just thought I would leave a note to let you know I read your post & to wish you well. Hopefully some other members, here on PC, will be able to offer some opinions with regard to this.

Hi AquarianSun, I think that OCD can manifest as an obsession with your body. BDD, OCD, and dermatillomania are all anixety disorders.
