Has anyone heard of getting anitpsychotic for intrusive thoughts/images? Mine are aweful and t thinks they may help. I just thought they were for hallucinations.

Yes that is what antipsychotics are for among other things.

There are medications for OCD like Luvox, Zoloft, Prozac.

They tried me on antipsychotics and everything just got 1000x worse.

Yes, AP's are often used for intrusive thoughts & images.
