OCD vs Actual Paraphilias, OCD and Trichotillomania

Hi, I suffer from OCD, just like all of you. Currently I am worried that I might have a certain paraphilia. I actually do have one paraphilia: Sexual Sadism. Does anybody know of a way to differentiate OCD and actual paraphilias? This paraphilia feels so real.
