If he knows about your OCD.

Tell him how you're feeling and that you aren't mad at him but scared you will hurt him.

Because of the intrusive thoughts / images. That you can't control.

You aren't sick or evil.

You just need to try and find coping methods to help you.

So even if the thoughts / images / daydreams are there, you won't get too stressed out about it.

I'm the same way. I have trouble remembering them when I need them.

Try to have a little makeup bag full of stuff to use for coping. Carry it around with you wherever you go.

Make a list on your phone of coping methods.

Put a sticky note on the makeup bag of what is inside and what it is for.

Maybe even have your husband remind you. To use coping methods.

Please contact your pdoc or go to the ER.

Having ongoing thoughts of possibly harming others is a red flag.

Please let us know how you are doing?

Take care of yourself, Astral.
