That's my theme right now, and the worst part is, when I suddenly remember it, I forget how to find things funny again, so I can't just distract.

I felt the same way when I was taken Seroquel. I had total flat affect.

Your stuff seems kind of similar to mine, my mind would feel pressure to enjoy things, and whenever I realize it, "intrusive thoughts" are thrown my way to avoid letting me focus and enjoy the activity. Can you relate to that ?

OK, so this theme may be yesterday's news, but I still have this more general fear of, "Did I enjoy doing this enough?"

You see, even if I enjoy something in the moment, there's this mental block making me feel afterwards that the enjoyment was not enough.
