This is my first time posting here. Just starting to get to the point where I'm wondering if I have OCD and thinking about telling someone. Anyway, I was really triggered by something tonight. My body got immediately hit and I can't stop doing rituals. I just sort of wanted an outlet for that. I'm also wondering what I should say to a therapist if I've NEVER brought anything like this up before. I've only talked about my depression.

I'm sorry you're experiencing this difficulty. But I'm glad you're seeing a therapist. From my perspective, I think you can just tell her / him. Describe what you've experienced & what your concerns are with regard to it. Assuming the therapist you're seeing is experienced, this is not going to come as a surprise or a shock. S/he has, more than likely, heard it all before. And it is important to be as honest & forthcoming with your T as possible. It's the only way s/he can best help you. Good luck!
