Is that a thing ? I've been diagnosed with OCD & I feel like my obsession is about intrusive thoughts and how thinking a wrong thing can totally ruin your experience of doing anything.
Like an amazing moment in your life is going on but you can completely ruin it so easily. It's like I can't get that out of my head. I feel like I can get any intrusive thought but I doubt that is what's happening. It feels like I'm just getting intrusive thoughts about intrusive thoughts (?) ever since my very first serious intrusive thought. Some opinions would be nice. I know I don't write in the most appealing or intelligent manner but my OCD blocks me from doing this and anything properly. I don't know what else to do but I can at least get the words out so people would understand something. There's also this thing where I'm not really emotionally aware of the impact this has on my life, but I can tell that I have lost so many years of my life to this, so many experiences, feelings left unfelt. Help, please. |

Well... I don't really know anything about this really. But I noticed no one had replied to your post. So I thought I would.
