Can anyone relate to a habit of obsessively blowing their nose? And how did they get over it? Or are they in the process of doing so?
Want to tackle this beasty lumberjack together?

Hello zboy: This appears to be your first post here on PC. So... welcome to PsychCentral. Chronic nose blowing is not something that is a problem for me. I do tend to blow my nose quite a bit. But that's because I'm old.

I noticed, in a reply you wrote to another thread, that you take medication for OCD. So I would presume your chronic nose blowing habit is related to your OCD condition. That's great. I'll definitely take a read.
I've had a lot of therapy over the yrs tho, and always been on meds. It's very hard to just feel content with all the dodgy stuff whirling in my head including the habits.
How does it manifest itself for you?
