I have a severe fear of Asbestos (the pink and yellow insulation, years ago I got some on me and I read up about it and now I think it's always on me I even imagine itching from it, I can't touch anything in my house and I can't even touch my walls , I don't know what to do, I can't afford anyone to talk to...please help
