This problem I’m having is on both sides of Ocd and a female issues so I apologize to any guys who read this and are maybe uncomfortable. My OCD is really bad when I’m on my period. I’m extremely terrified of blood and have being going through it. I got blood on my leg after taking a shower that took 45 minutes, I had to wipe of legs down with Clorox wipes. I spazzed our at my parents because some little black specks were on the toilet and I’ve been wiping everything down with Clorox wipes and alcohol prep pads... even my hands and body. OCD has gotten worse and is definitely even worse on my period. I’m really not sure how to fix this as birth control isn’t an option anymore... anyone have any advice for this??

I don't have any advice, unfortunately. Have you talked to your doctor about this? Hugs ((((ken9018))))
