I have someone I think about constantly. Is that obsession or attachment?

I don't think we can answer that for you. Who is this person you constantly think about? Do you spend time with them irl? Do they think about you too?

Who is this person you constantly think about? Former psych Do you spend time with them irl? Not seen her over a year Do they think about you too? I don’t know

Obsession is usually distressing and unwanted. Infatuation is amorous and wanted; enjoyed.
That is my rock and hard place. I spend nearly 99.9% of my thinking about her but not always in a wanted way. I would like to meet up like for coffee and catch up but I also need to let go and move on. I really struggle to talk about it.
