i have a Trichotillomania i can't stop my self pulling my hair. there are so many bald spot on my head. i can not get over it please help me someone i want to stop this.

No magic...really. If you don't have a psychiatrist get one. If you have a psychiatrist,make an appointment and tell them what's going on for you. Be forward and very honest.If you don't have one, start the process because it could be lots of time until you can get an appointment.
