Everytime I get extremely angry I always, ALWAYS, get the urge to yank my hair out. Usually I just grab it by the ends and tug but never enough to do any damage.
Just want to know if there is any way to control this ![]()

I yank my eyelashes/eyebrows out when I'm anxious/stressed....I am trying to control it on my own, but it's hard...just tell yourself you will look silly without hair - this is what I say to myself anyway...it works...sometimes.
