Do OCD thoughts generally involve worst-case scenarios? My thoughts are incredibly extreme even if a real life or fictional situation doesn't always happen in real life. Real life tends to be more mundane yet the thoughts say the details should indeed matter. But the details or whatever is worrying me is usually for whatever reason a worse case scenario. Is that common among OCD sufferers?
