My mind is playing tricks on me. I confess with my obsession, I look for stuff, only to find a new trigger, then I do the same search again, only to no longer find the site or that my mind is playing tricks on me. Maybe it is all in my head. The info tends to change as well. What is wrong with me? I want to get over this obsession before it gets worse.

O.k. first...calm down...take a breath step away from the computer for about 5 minutes or so.

I'm assuming your talking about a specific web site or something.

send me the site & I'll check it out a few times & see if the info changes.

The funny thing is, it is a website about paternity or some woman constantly cheating on her husband, which is what i obsess about.
