Hi Lik,
You can try writing them down and see if it helps you. You won't know until you give it a try. I've tried it and found it wasn't helpful. Reading it back to myself after writing them seemed to give the thoughts even more substance. That's how it was for me and we're all different. What works for one may not work for someone else. If you try it, I sincerely hope it helps you.

Calm

I think it can be very effective. I find if you write them down. Its like you dont have the tension on you. You can write it down and deal with it later. Maybe before you go to bed. Write it all down put it in a box. That way you can sleep peacefully without having it on your mind and worrying =)
Thanks for this!

Hi lik. I think writting down your feelings and thoughts really does help. I always have a journal. I keep one beside my bed and one on my desktop

Maybe I should start writing down my thoughts as well...This has come across my mind many times, but Im always afraid it will just make my thoughts worse. Although, its like Calm said. You never know untill you give it a try. Different things work for different people.
Thanks for this!
