I have had POCD all my adult life and it have caused me so many stressful times. I have been wrongly diagnosed several times. I have even had bilateral orchiectomy done 10 years ago since I felt so completely in distress.

Then 6 months ago my psychiatrist found a specialist on thought OCD. I started with listening to recordings that my therapist did on my unwanted intrusive thoughts. I then started to write the intrusive unwanted thoughts down and repeated until the anxiety had gone almost all the way down. Almost all of the intrusive unwanted thoughts are now passing through without me getting stuck with the thoughts. I finished the writing part this week and in 6 months I have been transformed completely. The POCD is almost gone. I thank my wonderful therapist for work well done and I thank myself for working so hard on this

Now I can finally start to work on the other issues. Thanks

So happy for you Could you share the name of this specialist on thought OCD? Are those recordings available in internet?
