I'm looking for an online spreadsheet or chart to keep track of my mood.

I would like the .html or javascript to create one on my own personal webpage. I've started an Excel chart of my own but I know I'll forget to use it. You know, if it ain't online . . . I ain't gonna read it . . . heehee. I appreciate any suggestions how to get this info.
