My suggestion for additions to your tracker would be - have a place to record meds (where a person could record changes to their meds and see how this affects things), and for women, a place to record menstrual cycles since this is often relevant. The comments box seems to be a good spot to put extra info, like any additional stresses, or other behaviors like purging or self-injury, for example. But you might want to suggest to people that they can use the spot for that purpose. |

just a suggestion: could we change the graph to a line graph (instead of bars)? because when i try to track my mood over the week, it's difficult to compare the bars (because they are all separated) whereas i think a line would be easier (becasue the dot points for each day e.g., mania, anxiety, depression, would be on top of each other - so less space to compare over)?
pretty please? |
